The Practice
Q2Close is a strategic direction practice. We work where the business has the foundation — the offer, the team, the capital — but the outcome isn't landing. The work is to identify what's misaligned between intention and execution, and direct what comes next.
How the Practice Was Built
This practice was built the long way — on the phone, in the room, on the close.
Before there was a firm, there was a closer. I built my own sales funnels from scratch, ran my own cold calls, and learned client acquisition through trial, error, and the kind of repetition that doesn't show up in a deck. Every deal was a lesson in what a customer actually says yes to — and what they only say they want.
Then I built a marketing company. We took businesses from idea to launch — brand, identity, positioning, the full build. Different industries, different founders, different price points. The pattern was always the same.
Every client had a gap. And every client was looking at the wrong thing.
Some were convinced it was the website. Some were sure it was the product. Some thought they needed another hire, another funnel, another launch. The real gap was almost always sitting in front of them — between what the business was promising and what it was actually delivering, between the offer and the close, between the founder and the chair they hadn't fully taken.
Q2Close exists to name that gap and direct the fix. The closer's instinct, the brand-builder's eye, the operator's discipline — under one practice.
